Alli made sure that all of our needs were met and gave us recommendations on what she thought our daughter might like. She also was really great at sending reminders of approaching decisions/deadlines that would be coming up. It made the process extremely easy. We made the drive to Disney and she also helped us find an area to stay in that felt safe along along the way. Everything was planned so great, I didn’t even need her assistance when we got there.

I booked our trip with her with three weeks to spare, so my expectations for any experiences were very low due to timing. Alli asked in detail what we wanted. Not only did she exceed our expectations, she also booked us character dining and got us a spot for my three year old daughter at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique! Alli was very accommodating. She helped with arrival times, check-in information, things to do where we stayed, and an itinerary for our park days! My favorite part about our recent trip was being able to see the joy and excitement on my son's face visiting Universal Studios for the first time. Our family of 3 had an incredible time from the moment we walked through the gates. The energy, excitement, and attention to detail were outstanding. The rides were absolutely thrilling-especially the Fast and Furious which exceeded all my expectations. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter was a dream come true, with its immersive atmosphere, butterbeer, and mind-blowing rides like Escape from Gringotts and Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure. We can't wait to go back!
