Customizable Travel
While majority of our A Mouse and A Beach planning services are complimentary, there are occasional trips that require hours of research, intricate planning, and dedication in order to produce a phenomenal experience for our clients. These types of vacations will require a $350 non-refundable fee (as of Nov. 1, 2024). See below for additional information regarding our designing services.

Note: A Mouse and A Beach Travel Company does not directly issue and book flights due to the ever changing nature of airline travel.
However, if you are a Select Services client, our advisor will guide you and suggest the best routes and times that would work specifically for your itinerary.
Unique
Destinations
When clients are seeking planning assistance for unique destinations and/or accommodations, then their trip may fall under our Select Services Travel. Because of the potential complexity of these destinations, there may be added time that the agent spends researching the trip according to the client's wishes and needs. These vacation itineraries are individually designed to provide the ultimate experience for each family.
Multiple
Destinations
Additionally, if a client's dream vacation also involves multiple stops and/or accommodations, it may fall under our Select Services Travel. Our advisor will supply transportation suggestions, conduct research, secure accommodations, build detailed itineraries, book excursions, and keep track of all payment timelines and cancelation policies. The stress of planning is removed, and our clients can simply look forward to their upcoming adventure as their entire trip has been prepared.

I have trip in mind. Now what?
Schedule a 15 minute Design Call with one of our Select Services advisors to discover more about the specific services provided and ask any questions that you may have. The $350 non-refundable fee (as of Nov. 1, 2024) is not charged until after the call and both parties agree to move forward with the planning. At that point, the invoice is sent to the client and the planning can begin once paid!

If the client cancels their trip, or decides to modify it by changing the dates, there will be an additional $50 charge to update the travel plans within a six month time period. Our team spends 20+ hours on each trip, and it can take hours to also cancel or rebook the many details. If you have questions about this, please ask your agent during the 15 minute Design Call.
