Jennifer was born and raised in the Tri-Cities area of Tennessee. Her magical memories started early when she first went to Disney World at six years old.  That initial trip made such an impact that she, along with her family, continued to travel to Disney World every summer of her childhood. Even though the frequency of the trips slowed down once she got older, her love of Disney never faded.

Jennifer moved to Knoxville, TN, to attend college, and began a decade-long teaching career after graduating with her master's degree. As a former teacher, Jennifer has excellent organizational skills and is great with multi-tasking. These skills are imperative when it comes to managing multiple itineraries and assisting different clients.

Travel returned and became a large part of Jennifer's life when she met her husband, John, who is a commercial pilot. In addition to their frequent travels to WDW, they have also enjoyed Universal Studios Orlando Resort, Jamaica, St. Lucia, and various other cities and states with beautiful beaches in the United States.

Their son began traveling to Disney World with them when he was only six months old, and he has grown to love it just as much as his parents. She believes that you are never too young to start your love of the parks! Planning these trips for her own family, as well as visiting as a Disney loving adult later in life, has given her the experiences needed to help build itineraries for families of all ages.  Additionally, being an Annual Passholder for the last five years has allowed Jennifer to learn a great deal about different aspects of a WDW vacation.
