Bonjour! Ciao! Disney’s Riviera Resort transports you to the French and Italian Rivieras with luxurious accommodations and quality details. This beautiful hotel offers waterfront views and nostalgic charm with photos and artwork adorning the marble hallways of this stylish resort. Disney’s Riviera Resort was designed to capture the magic of Europe that Walt Disney himself fell in love with once upon a time. You’ll find unique Disney accents as well as vacation photos of Walt and his family throughout the guest spaces.
Resort Theming:
This Deluxe Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Villa Resort is located in the Epcot Resort area and offers breathtaking views of Barefoot Bay, a 45-acre lake. Disney’s Riviera Resort is styled after European squares and villas in a tower format. It’s split into two wings - East Wing and West Wing with skyline views adding to the style and artistry of its halls. Due to its height, it is more compact than other properties and benefits those who may not be able to walk great distances easily.

Disney’s Riviera Resort offers a variety of DVC Villa options to fit your needs and budget, from 3 bedroom Grand Villas to the cozy Tower Studios which are perfect for two people.
Tower Studio - featuring a Queen pull-down bed and kitchenette, sleeps 2
Deluxe Studio - featuring a Queen size bed, double pulldown and kitchenette, sleeps 4
One Bedroom Villa - enjoy the comforts of home with one bedroom with a king size bed, queen and twin sized pull down beds, and a full kitchen with dining nook.
Two Bedrooms Villa - enjoy the comforts of home with one bedroom with a king size bed, bedroom with two queen beds, queen and twin sized pull down beds, two bathrooms and a full kitchen with dining nook.
Three Bedroom Grand Villa - the ultimate in luxury with living room, dining room, kitchen and space for up to 12 guests!
Studios, as well as One, Two, and Three Bedroom Villas, are also available in preferred categories, closely located to the main lobby, pool, and transportation.

Delight your palate with two table service options, a coffee and pastry shoppe, and in my opinion, the best Quick Service in Walt Disney World!
Topolino’s Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera! - This Signature Dining Table Service restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. Enjoy Breakfast à la Art with Mickey & Friends in their artist attire. This fan favorite breakfast is extremely popular and worth the visit even if you aren’t staying here. For dinner, enjoy elevated French and Italian inspired cuisine.
PRO TIP: Don’t forget to step out on the Terrace! Located atop the East Wing Tower, the views from Topolino’s Terrace are fantastic!
Bar Riva - Enjoy the view at this open-air pool bar while sipping on frozen cocktails, Provence rosé or a refreshing spritzer. Enjoy delicious sandwiches, fresh salads, pasta dishes and our favorite the Arancini! The best part? Dining reservations are not required.
Primo Piatto - this quick service option packs tons of flavor with a variety of everyday options as well as elevated quick bites and seasonal faire. This location offers mobile ordering and features Coca Cola self service machines to craft your own creations. Conveniently located near the main pool.
Le Petit Cafe - From morning coffee and pastry to late-night drinks and small plates, treat yourself to a sophisticated taste of Paris. This stylish patisserie offers refreshing coffees, exquisite pastries, and elegant cocktails. Disney fans may remember that Le Petit Café was named after the charming venue featured in the 1970 classic The Aristocats.
MUST TRY: Almond Honey Cold Brew! Conveniently located in the lobby.
Gelato Cart - located outside the main pool area, this refreshing treat is perfect on a hot day!
Mediterranean-Themed Pools:
This resort offers two pools - one main pool and one quiet pool. The family-friendly pool features a waterslide for endless fun. For younger children there’s S’il Vous Play, an interactive water play area for kids that’s inspired by the grand public fountains of Europe, featuring a ballet of friendly Fantasia characters.
For a quieter afternoon, Beau Soleil Pool beckons you to unwind alongside shimmering waters in a soothing setting. Both pool areas are adorned with umbrellas and outdoor beds for relaxation. Enjoy views of Barefoot Bay too!
Transportation:
Disney’s Riviera Resort is conveniently located on the Skyliner with direct access to Epcot.
When traveling to Hollywood Studios you’ll hop the Skyliner to Caribbean Beach then change lines to get to this destination. This resort offers Disney Bus Transportation to all other destinations. You also have walking paths with access to Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort for easy resort hopping and exploring.
Resort Amenities:
Disney’s Riviera Resort doesn’t skimp on luxurious amenities! A variety of activities await you at this DVC resort including Campfire experience, Movies Under the Stars and crafts at Community Hall (unique to DVC resorts). This resort also offers a full service Fitness Center - Athetique.
